Job Description
Following the success of the first Open Day of “Vinpearl Future Leader 2025", we are proud to announce the second Open Day, where we continue to seek candidates with 2–3 years of experience to join us as young, ambitious leaders of Vinpearl.
TRAINING ROADMAP:
- Ability to build and develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
- Coaching/mentoring skills;
- In-depth training on four competencies based on the training model and IDP (Core Competencies, Professional Management Competencies, Leadership Competencies, General Management Competencies);
- Assessment based on four competencies and development roadmap according to IDP;
- Periodical performance reviews
- Training duration: From 6 months to 1 year (this is the standard roadmap, subject to adjustments to align with the competencies of each individual).
- During the training process, the candidates are official employees of the company, entitled to full salary and benefits (upon on each position).
REGARDING THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS AND JOB DESCRIPTION:
- After discussions with the Professional Council, if you are selected, we will propose a suitable position for you based on your development goals, capabilities, and skills, as well as the decision of the Council. Therefore, there will be no specific job description at this stage — you are expected to be ready to challenge yourself in various roles.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduates with distinction or higher from reputable universities in Vietnam or abroad, regardless of major;
- 2–3 years of experience in related fields; experience in hospitality is an advantage;
- Proficiency in English;
- Excellent critical and creative thinking skills;
- Strong ability to work independently as well as collaborate with others
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude; adaptiveness to a fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to rotate through different positions, departments, and properties.
