I. Mục tiêu vị trí
Suppliers Acquisition:
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new travel partners through field visits, networking, and local market intelligence.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts aligned with Vinpearl’s pricing and brand standards.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
- Act as the point of contact for partner queries until handover to the Operations team.
Market Strategy & Execution:
- Develop local market strategies and contribute to national business growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to inform business decisions.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Revenue Management, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and property go-live.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure quality compliance post-onboarding.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Maintain accurate lead and deal tracking using CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Provide timely reports and performance updates to the leadership team.
II. Yêu cầu:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Hotel Acquisition (preferably in hospitality or real estate).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Understanding of the local hospitality landscape in Vietnam.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
