📌 𝐌𝐀𝐉𝐎𝐑 𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒
𝟏. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐈𝐏 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬.
- Prepare, store and clean tools and equipment according to the job requirements;
- Set up banquets, equipment, tools and instruments, as well as to tend to other meeting-related requests from the VIP Guests, in accordance with the processes and service standards;
- Serve VIP guests during meetings, banquets... by the standards of service excellence;
- Keep meeting rooms and areas under management of the department clean and tidy when there are no events taking place;
- Check and ensure all equipment is fully functional and all amenities are at sufficient quantity, of good quality and are ready to serve the Guests;
- Deliver the most excellent services to the Guests with exemplary attitudes, quality and speed;
- Receive requests from the Guests and report back to Restaurant Managers.
𝟐. 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐈𝐏 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬.
- Assist in reception and collaborate in processing guest requests such as changing rooms, generating key cards, receiving visitors, reserve meeting rooms, serving at banquets and providing room service, as well as guiding them in sightseeing.
- Collaborate with others to process requests from VIP Guests before, during and after their stay via phone or through other points of contact.
𝟑. 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
- Ensure compliance with VinGroup‘s general service standards and the specific standards of the property. Propose solutions for improving disadvantages. Always serve the Guests by the standards of service excellence while maintaining consistency with the prescribed processes and regulations.
- Take on duties within specified areas as required by your responsibilities and the job position. Collaborate with other related departments for work coordination.
- Host or participate in meetings on daily operations.
- Perform tasks assigned by the upper management regarding collaboration with other departments to deliver the best service quality.
𝟒. 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬
- Perform other duties as directed by the upper management.
- Always strictly follow the general regulations of the system.
5. Upselling
