Conduct onsite sales and actively engage with customers.
Provide personalized care and support to guests throughout their stay at the resort.
Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
Assist with special requests and resolve guest inquiries promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Job Requirements:

Experience: At least 1-2 years in hospitality, F&B, or customer service.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage and build rapport with guests.

Sales Ability: Experience in onsite sales, upselling, and customer persuasion.

Customer Service: High sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Languages: Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).

Appearance & Attitude: Professional appearance, friendly, and well-mannered.

Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
