Job Description
- Manage Business Development Team in assigned market with specific KPI assign by line manager.
- Generate new business to drive potential business to meet budgetary targets.
- Proactively seek and identify sales to ensure we maximize all opportunities for new business growth.
- Manage weekly sales call plan, update sales call results, train specific partners and what achieved/had done of the team.
- Plan new partners to exploit from assigned market and have a specific exploitation plan, monitor effectiveness and propose policies, insurance schemes to stimulate demand, assess potential partners from which to develop and bring back. Other Special Contract Deals.
- Update and maintain client and prospect database, conforming to company requirements.
- Get daily updated market information: flight information from assigned market to Da Nang - Phu Quoc - Nha Trang (flight plan, load factor, latest cancellation/postponement information daily), relevant information sources from assigned market such as policies from the Government, legal procedures related to tourist visas, for travel companies, etc.
- Continuously updated tourism trends, customer segments, current tour packages, and travel partners who have been interested in promoting destinations to Vietnam and Vinpearl.
- Actively seek opportunities to participate in the most up-to-date roadshows/tradeshows, evaluate potentials and make recommendations
- Weekly market analysis reports must be updated and submitted on time
- Understand the number of reports that need additional information, actively update and refine valuable and necessary information.
- Manage bidding and internal approval procedures to ensure not only competitive in pricing & benefits but also profitable financial deals.
- Support national/regional group bid opportunities in a supportive and conscientious manner.
- Compile an activity plan to target potential new customers from identified prospects and create their own prospect database.
- Analyze and understand your local market and sector including competitor strengths and weaknesses, demographic trends and corporate activity. Tailor your sales plans to make the most of any opportunities.
- Carry out client entertaining, events, activity to nurture and build on existing and future business relationships.
- Represent the Company at appointments, presentations and trade shows both nationally and internationally.

S/he will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth:
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- At least 6 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, experienced in managing cluster sales teams in high-end hospitality properties is an advantage.
- Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Effectively lead department in providing the highest quality of service to customer at all times.
- Results driven, energetic, and focused.
- Service oriented style with professional presentations skills.
- Proven track record of business milestones.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to harness financial and competitive set data to inform decisions.
- Ability to prospect new business and build relationships with current clients.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Working location: Vinpearl Head Office in Ha Noi/HCMC, with business trips as per job requirement.
- Contract: Labor Contract.
- Working time: 44 hours/ week (8.30am - 5.30pm from Monday to Friday. Working on Saturday every other week).
