Job Description
- Make market reports and orient development strategies on a quarterly/ monthly basis.
- Assess market usage behavior and destination/product coverage in that market while assessing potential prices to promote that market.
- Report on flight route/visa policy/political-economic situation and tourism trend of that market & assess potential for destination/product or related reports that affect sales situation & market demand.
- Classify partners (potential partners/new partners) and account planning, included all segments of that market such as leisure, MICE, Events, Corperates, partnerships... by month/quarter.
- Sales activities/ sales call/ sales blitz as planned and report on progress.
- Get KPIs on revenue, KPIs on Big Contracts, KPIs on new contracts and new partners arising for that market.
- Propose specific sales programs/price policies for each market or each partner.
- Propose promotional activities included in the package, free and paid to partners in parallel with KPI to measure, expected results and evaluate performance.
- Propose fairs to promote tourism, trade, forum activities - associations...
- Propose co-branding & co-marketing plans with agencies, airlines, social platform….
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- At least 4 year of experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills. Languages: English is a must
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
